All Jewelry Sales are Final Sale due to hygiene and health regulations.

All jewelry has a 30 day warranty for any material or manufacturer defects.

If your jewelry is defective, please email us a description and photo to returns@timelessinktoronto.com and we will exchange it.

Unopened, sealed and unused aftercare products are eligible for an exchange within 30 days.

We currently offer Canada Wide Shipping via Canada Post.

Our orders are shipped out within 3 business days.
